By completing a booking and participating in this experience, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Experience Description

Our venue offers a combined 3D Museum & 9D Cinema experience.

• The 3D Museum is an interactive exhibition where guests can take photos with specially designed paintings and statues. These artworks use forced perspective techniques to create a 3D visual effect through your camera.
• In compliance with Greek legislation, no original archaeological artifacts are displayed. All exhibits are carefully handcrafted replicas or original artworks, inspired by ancient frescoes from Crete and Santorini.

The 9D Cinema offers a fully immersive experience combining:

• Full HD 3D projection
• 3000W 5.1 surround sound system
• 11 special effects

2. Special Effects

During the 9D cinema experience, guests may experience:

• Movement and earthquake simulation
• Wind
• Rain
• Snow
• Bubbles
• Lightning
• Smoke
• And other immersive effects

3. Age & Participation

• There are no strict age restrictions, as the experience is educational.
• Recommended age: 3 years and above.
• Children under 3 may enter but must sit on a parent’s lap (without headset).
• Due to the immersive nature of the experience (sound, movement, effects), we cannot guarantee comfort for very young children.

4. Health & Safety Restrictions

The 9D cinema includes motion seating and immersive effects. It may not be suitable for all guests.

We do not recommend participation for:

• Pregnant women
• People with back pain, vertigo, migraines, or motion sickness
• People with cardiovascular or high blood pressure conditions
• People recovering from surgery or medical procedures
• Guests under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants

Guests with any medical condition should inform staff in advance.

Regular non-moving seating is available upon request.

5. Safety Instructions During the Experience

For your safety:

• Seatbelts must remain fastened at all times during the show
• Do not place hands, legs, or belongings near moving parts or spray systems
• Keep hands on the provided handles
• Do not unfasten seatbelt during the experience
• If assistance is needed, raise your hand and staff will help immediately

If a guest does not fit safely in the restraint system (e.g. waistline over 110cm or weight over 120kg), access to the moving seats may not be possible.

6. Accessibility

Both the 3D Museum and 9D Cinema are fully accessible.

7. Show Duration & Schedule

• New show starts approximately every 45 minutes
• Experience includes:
  • 15 minutes 3D Museum photoshoot
  • 30 minutes 9D cinema screening (multiple short films)

8. Language System

The 9D cinema uses a multilingual audio system with bone conduction headsets.

Available languages include:
Svenska, Suomi, Polski, Norsk, Deutsch, Dansk, Français, Ελληνικά, Русский, Nederlands, English, Español, עברית, Italiano.

9. General Rules

• No food or drinks allowed inside the venue
• No pet admission (no pet care/storage available)
• Smoking is not permitted
• Guests are responsible for their belongings

10. Location & Parking

• No dedicated parking available
• Nearby public parking stations are available
• Street parking may also be possible
• Eco-friendly transport (bikes, scooters) is recommended

11. Liability & Acknowledgement

By participating in the experience:

• You acknowledge that the activity includes motion, sound, and special effects
• You accept the inherent risks involved in participation
• You agree that equipment may rarely malfunction despite regular maintenance
• You participate at your own responsibility

Data We Collect

Online reservation procedure

Guests of third party websites are asked to give personal data in order to complete their online reservations. The data they are asked to give are upon the administrator – controller of the system.

Data given automatically

There are many instances that we get data automatically. Such data are: IP address, type of device, location, date and time of accessing our system, pages that are visited and clicked, from which website someone came to our system, browser that is used, software that is used in the device or computer.

Data given from other sources

Our booking engines are integrated with other websites (online wholesalers, Online Travel Agents, etc) who are giving data about completed reservations. The data are used from controllers (administrators) for managing purposes.

Data we share with others

We share the above personal data with third party systems for basic purposes of completing an online reservation. For example, we use a third party mail provider for security reasons (to avoid emails going to spam). Our systems are cloud and we use hosting services of Amazon.com (https://aws.amazon.com/security/) . In addition in some instances we share data with third party systems for managing or accounting purposes of the controller (administrator). Also we share data with banks and online payment gateways for successful secure transactions.
